AMAZING SUPPORT

I have been using WP-Staging for several years and like all plugins there are times where you need to reach out for support. After many years of using the plugin, it wasn’t until recently that I had an issue that I needed the WP-Staging support teams assistance – and OMG – A-MAZING!!!

Not only did they understand the sense of urgency the issue, and got right on fixing the issue, but I had mentioned that I had to do another migration in a few days and they offered to sit in while I did the migration to make sure that NOTHING happened during this one (as it was for the same client). They even jumped in and did it for me.

Extremely appreciative of their support, their understanding of the urgency (as us web designers/developer know, while we are not saving lives, a clients website goes down and their whole world is destroyed (according to them) ), and all around helpful nature and taking stress off of me for the next migration.

CAnnot say enough about WP-Staging as a plugin and as a VERY helpful team should you run into any issues, just let them know, they are there to help you!

WP-Staging has been a lifesaver as I work on client websites and after having to deal with their support team – I am forever greatful and will be a LIFETIME user!!
