Amazing support!

  • The true value of a WordPress plugin isn’t the functionality, it’s the service and support. There are often multiple plugins that do similar things but there is always one that stands out for support.
    I have been over the moon impressed by the support I’ve received from Ideabox. They have surprised me and exceeded my expectations over and over again.
    I’ve been working on a rush job with a very complicated site and here’s the raw numbers for support:
    In just over 3 weeks I asked for help 10 times, one about my account, the rest technical support.
    In every instance my requests were answered within 1 business day.
    IN every instance the request was completed in one interaction, sometimes involving custom code.
