  • In a world where we’ve come to expect little to no customer service from Companies offering Products and Services, HUGE-IT goes way above and beyond my wildest expectations. After purchasing the Pro Version of Huge-IT Slider, I had a small issue and honestly thought I was done and would never hear back from the Company. Boy, was I wrong! This Company immediately responded to my issue with a nice email from Kelly who walked me through some simple diagnostics to make sure it was nothing I did or what my WordPress was doing. She created a Support Ticket on my behalf where their Engineer was able to fix my issue without delay. The communication was incredible and unheard of in today’s world. Keep up the amazing work Huge-IT and if you are considering their product, it’s amazing and easy to use. I highly recommend Huge-It and encourage you to purchase their product. You will not be disappointed.
