Amazing software, SLOW SUPPORT!

This is incredible software and does ANYTHING you want and need for WordPress imports – it’s particularly powerful for WooCommerce imports and syncing of data and I love the fact that it also supports ACF.

So why only 3 stars? Well the support although good (when you get it), takes AGES to respond. I am talking 24 hours + between EACH EMAIL! AND they say that if you reply to an email before they have responded, it will go to the back of the queue again!

Well guess what guys, I am not submitting a support request and waiting 24+ hours for you to respond, I am WORKING on the problem myself and if I find something I think will assist, I want to be able to update that ticket with pertinent information – it’s a stupid system and you should just allow updates to an existing ticket which will ironically help YOU as well as me in debugging any issues I may have without penalising me for doing something to solve it.

I have a live project which I need help on, I submit a ticket and wait 24 hours, I get a reply a day later, I reply to that and wait another 24 hours.

Now if I hadn’t just spent $250 on this software (including the export plugin), I would very happily wait a day for support, but you know what guys, when you make that much money from a single sale, you need to support your customers well.

I will genuinely change this review to 5 stars if they pick up their speed, but until they respond to live support issues in a timely manner, I will have to leave this SUPERB software at 3 stars.
