Amazing plugin and service

Albeit the product is awesome for bulk editing, I have experienced minor issue with bulk conversion of custom attributes into global ones (later found by developers that recent WP update messed up the plugin). I got in touch with their customer service on numerous occasions and always received a prompt reaction back all the way from quick replies to screen sharing with them actually testing out the bug and finding ways around it. They said they will test the function at their end and come up with a solution the next day (I was like “this is pretty fast”). To my pleasant surprise, they came back to me within few hours stating that the bug was fixed providing complete instructions and steps – and it works flawlessly now.

This is a definition of a customer care for me that had totally exceeded my expectations.
