Amazing plugin and even better customer service

I bought the Ditty Posts Ticker, the premium version of this plugin, and I encountered an issue in which the fading and rotating options didn’t work. They appeared as a blue mess. Joe at Metaphor Creations spent a lot of his valuable time helping me fix the issue. The plugin issues I had were being caused by another plugin. Even though Joe wasn’t the author of the other plugin, he helped me resolve the issue and now my website is benefiting from his help and expertise.
