Based on your recommendation to get the PRO version for Office 365, we purchased the PRO version. After downloading and installing the PRO version we find out that the Office 365 integration does not work without having a Azure account. We sent an email to support and they sent us the link to your support page on how to activate the Office 365 email. Went to the link and again MISINFORMATION, AZURE DOES NOT WORK WITH EXISTING EMAIL!! YOU HAVE TO CREATE A NEW AZURE ACCOUNT.

We se srote back to your support and they sent another link to configure through SMTP. AGAIN MISINFORMATION, there is no settings for Office 365 SMTP.

EITHER FIX THIS ISSUE TODAY OR SEND US A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

  • Hi @danishhaidri,

I apologize for the confusion over our ‘Outlook’ mailer setup. You should be able to log into the Azure portal with your Microsoft account. If you’re a part of an organizational account, you might need to contact the owner of your organization to have access to it.

You can also set up Office 365 SMTP with our ‘Other SMTP’ option. In case it helps, I’ve included the SMTP settings for office 365 here:

    Host: smtp.office365.com
    Port: 587
Username: Your Office 365 account email
Password: Your Office 365 account password
    Encryption: TLS

    I hope this helps!
