Amazing Plug-in and Outstanding Support

    Not only a great plug-in at an amazing price but outstanding customer support from the off.

    I initially had an issue with some HLS streaming and contacted Tech Support at plugins360. TBH I thought I would wait days to hear back – this was not the case! I received help within just a few hours. Fast, Friendly, Professional and a solution provided (it was my mistake anyway!!!). This is how Tech Support should be.

    I then had another issue which once again was handled first class – solution within hours – amazing.

    San is such a helpful and friendly guy and nothing is too much trouble – he just wants his customer to be happy – and I very much am!

    This really is a masterclass in how products / customer relations / tech support should be.

    Once again San many thanks for your kind help and support – it is appreciated.
