amazing features but too many glitches

has amazing features and is really well set up but I simply can’t create a single form without tons of problems and bugs and glitches etc. Can’t afford to lose my time with things that don’t save or work or that disappear. EVERYTHING else in my wordpress works or else I’d just blame that but no it’s only this plugin ??
