Amazing customer care service!!

  • Just no question asked about the quality of Molongui Authorship. But besides that, I really wanted to give them a 5-star for their awesome customer service!

    The support team, especially John gave me wonderful help with the incompatibility problem of my WordPress blog to the plugin (one existing plugin brought a crash to Molngui..). He worked really hard to troubleshoot my issue for as long as nearly a week consistently and end up fixing it all and making my site run great with their awesome author box plugin.

    It was super impressive and I was very grateful for their service, given that I was just a free user. But they genuinely care for the issue as equally as other paid users. Heartwarming!!
