    I love this chat live support and the way it was designed it, in a simple elegant and easy to use way, it stands out among many other live supports. I have tested many over the years, and this one was the easiest to get around, and it has all the features one needs. Love the fact that the mobile app works consistently. Many other live chats have issue with the mobile app not being responsive and sometimes missing when a chat request comes in.

    I have two suggestions would like to give:

    1. Allow for custom notification sounds. The standard notification right now can gets easily confused with other notifications. For live support it must be unique, and we should be able to choose from several, or even upload our own.
    2. When there is a chat request, it would be nice if a popup (call) would show on the phone also. An option for that. Live chat can be considered nearly as a phone call from customers, or potential customers. Time is important to answer to the request, so at any given time it has be very clear and somehow a bigger alert on the phone there is a customer waiting on live chat.
