Amalgamation of items into one ticker

I now have both add-ons still only tinkering with the twitter feed at the moment but what I want to be able to do is something like this….
Define a number of ‘source feeds’ say something like

Twitter Account
Some sayings (like a mini-motd)
Site NewsAnd have those items appear in one ticker randomly rotating them.
