Am I supposed to do something to enable Cookie Banner?

I have Complianz installed and believe I have completed the wizard. On the Cookie Banner section under Complianz in the WP Dashboard, I can see a “Manage Cookie Consent” banner that looks good. However, I don’t actually see this on the published site. Am I missing a step? Is there something I’m supposed to do to get the banner to actually start displaying, such as adding a widget or changing a template or something?
