Am I still hacked? podpress appears in plugin folder

  • I have had to rename my plugins folder to plugins1, in order to log into my wordpress admin.

    When I create a new plugins folder, it’s automatically adding a podpress folder. I’m unable to delete the podpress folder.. can’t change permissions either.

    How can I delete it or know if things are still hacked?
