Am I missing something obvious?

Hi all,
I haven’t downloaded wordpress in years, but i’m trying to start a site:
https://catchthebass.nfshost.com/
Anyways, I used this guide:
https://randomwindowstips.wordpress.com/2009/03/03/installing-wordpress-on-nearlyfreespeechnet/
And everything worked fine until I had to upload the wordpress folder using SSH. I kept getting errors, so I just did it with FTP and it seemed to work fine.
Well, Now nothing appears on the site. I went to https://catchthebass.nfshost.com/wp-admin/install, and still nothing showed up. I just kept getting 404 errors.
Am I doing something wrong?
