  • Hi from France. Same here with 3 websites.

    Hi @dwnfred,

I’m sorry that our message is annoying you so much. If you click the button and optimize your site, the message should disappear (it should also disappear by clicking the “hide this message” link). Please update to Yoast SEO 14.0.4 and then click the button to optimize your site.

If the button doesn’t work, you can try the following:

    1. Install & activate the Yoast Test Helper plugin
    2. Go to Tools -> Yoast Test
    3. Hit the “Reset indexables & migrations” button
    4. Try the optimize button again

    Hi,

I tried to do as suggested, but the message remains.

I’m sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you.

If you are familiar with the WordPress Command Line Interface (WP-CLI) you can follow this guide the re-index. It should only take minutes this way.

Alternatively, you can also do nothing, in this case, the database will “lazy load”: it’ll slowly fill as posts are visited.

FOR ME NOW IT IS OK I DON’T GET THIS STUPID MESSAGE ANYMORE, CROSSFINGERS THAT IT WILL NEVER RE-HAPPENS…

    Hi,

    if I
    export the yoast configuration
    uninstall yoast
delete the yoast tables from the database
    reinstall yaost
    import yoast configuration
