Always switchting to same picture

I tried to configure one product with this plugin. There are two types of variation the size and the design. For the three different designs, I uploaded pictures and assigned the variations to them. When I tested it for the product, the first variation image is called regardless of the chosen variation.
Did I configure something wrong?
