Always start over import

    Hi,

    When you reimport an existing import that was successful last time, you get the message “your file is all set up! Check the settings below, then click the green button to run the import.”

    When you reimport an import that failed last time, you have the option to continue the import where you left off.

    I would like this last step to be gone. I would like to skip this whole step, because if I click on “Run import” on page “/admin.php?page=pmxi-admin-manage”, then i want it to run. Is that possible? So I would like to skip “the green button”.

    Why do I want this?
    This would suit my need to rerun the imports every few hours. I have such big files (100k+) that CRON-jobs dont always work so custom scripts or your scheduler have no use. So I do them manually. However, for this I need to refresh the import page and click the “rum import” button. Removing this step and adding a refresh line in a script would solve both. This step is in the way of having a direct url to running the import manually.

    Please let me know how to fix that or which WPAI script I can edit to get this done.

    Unfortunately, that is not currently possible. You would have to modify quite a bit of our core code to do it, which is not something we’d be able to advise on or help with.

    I’m sorry, I wish I had better news.
