    Hello Orion,

    This plugin changed the name to “Ouidah Product Designer”. I have Version 7.6.1. I reported the issue by sending email to author since last year but never get reply for support and never get resolve the issue.

    This plugin causes the wordpress dashboard Plugins always indicating a plugin update alert. https://ibb.co/bNp6FSk. Disactivated the plugin the alert disappeared.

    Hello,

    I’m so sorry about that. Could you please reference the email you used in sending the email to us? I’d look through our system to investigate what really happened there.

    The latest version of the Ouidah Product Designer plugin is version 7.7.1 which definitely explains why you see the dashboard notification from the plugin about an update.

    I could guide you on how to update your plugin to the latest version (provided you have a valid license) if that’s okay.

    I have version 7.6.1, but I never get notice you already have published version 7.7.1.
    I reported the issue by direct email to author support more than 6 months ago and never get response. Don’t try to ask for paying renew support license again.
    Please tell me what is your support email address so I can let you know my email.

    I contacted and communicated with the authors support emails was:

    About the notification on the update, that’s a little strange because we did send out a circular.

    As for the support you earlier requested, thank you for the feedback. I see where the issue must have come from now. We have since moved our support platform from both Zendesk and Freshdesk. Those emails you referenced are connected to the aforementioned platforms and that explains why we weren’t able to receive your support request. I apologize for that.

    The best way to contact our support is to fill out this form directly on the product’s website.

    Kindly submit the form and we’ll take things up from there.
