Always Show On Product Page

I have the default form values set for my variable product but the dispatch date does not automatically appear on the page when the customer arrives. It only appears if the customer selects different options within the product dropdown menu. Is there a way to have the dispatch date appear automatically on the product page when the customer arrives on the product page when the default form values for the variable product set?
