Always show block margins/guides

    Hi everyone!

    Would be great to have an option/alternative “check box” to always show all guides + margins on blocks when adding and selecting blocks in admin.

    So you don’t have to hover the mouse exactly on the margin to select a column. Plus easy to see how evertying is grouped together.

    Peraps this could be added to future releases.
