Always redirects to log in page even if user is logged in

    Hi,

    Overall the plugin works great. I’m running into a snag. We have a private website. I’ve set the login page (that has the short code) as the page to direct to if users are not logged in.

    However, after they are logged in, if they click any link it goes to the log in page where the short code reads “You are currently logged in as visitor.”

    The expected behavior would be after they are logged in, they can visit pages without having to be redirect to the log in page again.

    I’m currently using no other plugins that affect redirects or login / logout functionality.

  • Hi there,

    This looks a lot like it’s being caused by caching.

    So, please briefly disable all caching plugins, or any caching that your host is doing on the server side and see if the problem persists.
