Always Redirecting to Home Page (of second language)

We tried installing the polylang plugin recently to create 2 languages for our website – English (default language) and Japanese (secondary language).

However, once the polylang plugin was installed, the home page kept being redirected to the Japanese language homepage (https://ensemblecap.ai/jp) and the English language homepage (https://ensemblecap.ai/) was inaccessible regardless of the browser settings. We tried clearing browser cookies, history etc.

Would appreciate any help with this issue urgently?

Has anyone tried the pro version of polylang and is this issue resolved for the pro version?
