Always “Pending”

  • After the payment the license has not available and remains in the “Pending” status (payment done 5 hours ago). What we need to do? I wrote to support but without any reply.

    As this is a payment question, this is something you need to address with the developers/authors on their own site.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
