Always misses URLs in the Database

I’ve used this plugin a handful of times after launching WP sites, and I always have to manually go into the database and do a find-and-replace for the old URL anyway. At this point, I’d save myself time skipping this plugin altogether and just doing it manually to begin with. Bummer. ??
