Always getting better

I have used MailPoet for YEARS and love it! Each time I want to do something new with an email campaign, I find that MailPoet anticipated my need or adds it soon after I talk to them about it.

Whenever I have an issue, which is rare, their staff gets back with me ASAP. Today, it was only 10 minutes. They followed through until we got to the root cause of the problem and found a solution that worked.

I also like that their interface is easy, rather than complicated like some other email services I tried when a friend tried to get me to switch recently.
