Always expand secondary sidebar

    I want the secondary sidebar always expanded. In Customize I’ve displayed both sidebars, but still, the secondary sidebar is collapsed.

    The sidebar collapse at a predetermined screen size.
    If you look at it on a wider monitor it will not collapsed.

    I have the same issue, but in my experience it depends on the browser you open it with. In mozilla and Wexplorer the secondary sidebar is expanded but in Gchrome it collapsed. However, if we look at Hueman web demo, it is expanded even for Google Chrome. I assume the middle content may effect it to expand or to collapse.
