Always Expand on Page Load in IE where it collapse in Chrome & Firefox

    Hi Support,

    I have having hard time looking to fix why it always expand on the page load in IE and manually have to click to collapse. However, it works perfectly in Chrome & Firefox where it loaded with collapse.

    I use WordPress 3.3.2.

    Please help.

    First, please include a link to your page.
    Second, this plugin requires version 4.0 or higher.

    Thank you. Now I upgrade my WordPress version to 4.7.2.

    Now I have another problem with IE. I have to click twice to Expand. It was loaded Collapse first. When I click to expand for first time, it quickly expand and collapse by itself. Only work perfect when click the link for second time. Anywhere do I need to change?

    Currently. I use like this

    [expand title=”your faq question” targclass=”maptastic”]hidden content[/expand]

    can you share a link to the page that exhibits this behaviour?
    we’ll check it on our end and check for anything obvious like JS errors or strange CSS.
