Hi, yes, with this trick the class “joinchat–tooltip” is added which, as you say, only shows the tooltip for a few seconds at the beginning.

If you want it to always be seen without disappearing, it’s easier:

    • Remove the “cheat” code.
    • In Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS add: .joinchat__tooltip { opacity: 1; }

    Thank you,

Oh.. I think I have another problem.

The chat and the tooltip are not shown on the second language (RTL) when using WPML plugin for 2 languages as the first is English (LTR).

    Can you help please?

    Hello,

Did you check the site please?

    Hello……

    Is there any news?

I’m sorry, but just by consulting the front page we can’t know what the problem is.

Indeed, in the Hebrew version Joinchat does not load but there is no error apparently (not javascript error or malformed html).

Try to change the phone number, save and put the real phone number back and when the notification appears to review the translations check that the phone number in Hebrew is correct.

    Hi

This is live site and thus must be real number…

I am not sure what to do

Navigate to WPML → String Translation and filter by domain “Join.chat”.

Ensure phone number is translated into Hebrew.

If all translations for “Join.chat” domain are fine, try to delete those strings go to Joinchat settings save and re-fill translations in WPML → String Translation for domain “Join.chat”

    Oh I see.

On the translation in Hebrew it was a text, not a phone number.

Now I see it is works.

    Thanks you
