Always Display Add to cart icon for a product on the archive pages

  • Respected sir/madam,

    Is there any way to always display cart icon for a product on the archive/category pages? The current behaviour display cart icon on the top right side of a product only on hover. I would like to display the cart icon permanently.

  • Hi @thesaintindiano,

    Did you refer to the Cart icon I pointed out using a red arrow in this screenshot? No, there’s no feature to do that. The Cart icon will appear only on hover, and that’s the default behavior of the Layout 2.

    BTW, if it is still possible for you to edit your initial post, I would suggest you remove your email address. It’s not only one of the Bad Stuff to do on this forum. It will also for your own good. If you are not able to edit the post, you can ask the forum mod.

    Thanks for the reply. Is it possible to add additional CSS to change this behavior? (Cart always displayed)

    One more thing, I’m using the WOOF product filter on my shop page and after applying it, the cart hover display is not working (not showing). Instead, it’s showing select options or add to cart button below the price.

    We are not providing customization/custom code, so let’s see if there’s someone in the community comes up with it.

    Hi Herman,

    WOOF plugin filters the product based on price, rating, category, etc. It’s a product filter plugin. After applying this filter, the add to cart hover action disappears and a permanent add to cart or select options button is displayed instead. I want to display add to cart or select options behavior on hover as before.

    When I disable Try to ajaxify the shop option in the WOOF plugin then everything works normally.
