Always Buffering and ticket list not showing

What a great plugin. I’ve been using it for years.
However, right now I have a serious problem. Please help.
For some reason, I want to use a low version of the plugin (V.2.3.1).When doing the downgrade, I encountered a problem.
Ticket list cannot be opened. The page always shows buffering that doesn’t finish.
I’ve been waiting for that buffering for 15 minutes, and nothing has changed.The General Settings page cannot be opened due to the same problem.
I have also added administrator agent, but there is also a problem.
