    I’m having two issues that may be related.

    After I connect the plugin with our sendinblue account, from woocommerce/sendinblue and ‘Connect your account’. We setup everything but on our wordpress we get the same window of ‘preparefor takeoff, connect your account’. It doesn’t change to the view you have here https://ps.w.org/woocommerce-sendinblue-newsletter-subscription/trunk/screenshot-2.png?rev=2863015

    The other issue is that the new users we add and create orders with, don’t show on sendinblue account.

    Also, the users we have synched on sendinblue doesn’t show any orders we have on our woocommerce store.

    About the first issue, could you please confirm if you are always required to select your account ? Otherwise, it might be a display issue.

    About the second issue, could you please create a ticket and communicate the email address linked to your Sendinblue account so we can check ?
