This notice should be dismissable. I suspect your host to cache the WordPress backend, causing this notice to always be present. Please contact your host and ask if they can look into this.

Also, for future reference, plugin developers would appreciate it a lot if you would report/ask an issue like this via a support thread. Receiving a review like this is extremely demotivational because this is most likely caused by a third party, yet we receive the 1 star review.
