Alternative theme to Hickory

Hi there, I am using a discontinued and now unsupported theme on my site called Hickory. It still works, but successive PHP and WordPress upgrades have rendered some of the admin functions inoperative. Does anyone know of a similarly structured theme that I could switch to with the minimum possible redesign work?
