Alternative plugins for WordPress static HTML export

  • As this plugin looks to be abandonware now, you may look to 2 current alternatives:

    1. Simply Static – well developed by Scott of CodeOfConduct and quite stable at exporting to a zip or folder for remote hosting or local website viewing
    2. WP Static HTML Output – developed by myself, offers static site generation with optional stripping of any WordPress identifiers and auto-deployment options

    There are also 2 hosted services that I know of (but am yet to try):

      HardyPress
      Shifter
