We’ve noticed from the JavaScript on your checkout page that certain payment methods, like Venmo, are enabled but aren’t displaying correctly for us with USA IP address. This suggests there’s an issue that needs to be addressed.
To address this, I recommend navigating to the Connection Tab, which is the main one. Once there, please scroll down until you find the button labeled ‘Clear now.’ Clicking this button will clear the plugin’s database and erase all settings. After completing this step, please onboard the plugin again.
This process is designed to reset the plugin’s settings to their default state, potentially resolving the issue. If, after following these steps, you still encounter difficulties or the problem persists, please do not hesitate to let us know.
