Alternative currency displays main currency as well as its own?

Under product pricing on a product page, I require 2 currencies displaying the cost. Prior to the latest update this worked perfectly…now I am getting the product price in Pounds sterling, which is my main currency, but the alternative currency displays the country currency ZA and then the pound sterling as well…ie
Price: ￡ 250.00
ZA: ￡ 3,300.00
Any ideas how to get rid of the second pound sign after ZA, as i said this worked fine before updating the plugin.
