Alternative channel in case of sms delivery failure

If there is a problem with sms delivery when authorizing the user on the gateway channel, then when requesting a new sms, is it possible to use an alternative sms backup gateway? For authorization, it is very important that everything works smoothly, but using one gateway is not 99% trouble-free.
