    Hello,

Is there any way to have more than one response page? I have very different orders from different sources with very different tracking needs. I would like to be able to have a tracking request return an appropriate page for each. Ideally I would like to create separate pages for the two different types of responses I need, and have the response vary depending which page you entered through. All this would require would be two different short codes and a way to specify the difference between one form and another. I was experimenting with this by using the sales rep tracking form and customizing that for one group while using the standard customer tracking for the other. But both forms return the same response page. If the sales rep tracking response page was customizable separate from the customer response page, that would solve my problem.

    Hi Cracked,

There is no option to do this. As you mentioned, it would require another shortcode. It would also require another set of functions that populate the tracking page/shortcode and another set of options to control that data.

OK, Here is an alternate idea. Is it possible to have my response form include ONLY the field labels for fields that actually have data in them? In other words, if no name is input, the name field would not appear on the response, even if it’s one of the selected fields for the form. I would particularly need this to occur on the sales rep form. Right now, the sales rep form that is generated also has a weird grid on it with the information headers, even though my customers get a form returned that has the information presented line by line.

    Hi,

When using the [sales-rep-form] shortcode, it returns a table that displays all the matching orders. That being said, I’m not sure what you mean by weird grid. Could you provide a link to your site, so we could see?

And thank you for the feature suggestion about not displaying the labels for blank fields. We’ll discuss the possibility of adding it in a future update.
