alternate price suffix for “inc. VAT” or “exc. VAT” depending on location

    Is there a way to alternate the price suffix message depending on if prices are displayed with or without VAT depending on the tax settings?
    Perhaps a plugin?

    I want to display the message “incl. VAT” for EU customers based on the tax setting and for all the remaining “excl. VAT”.
    I’m using geolocation for determining from where customer is located, the website setting is to display prices with tax.
