Alternate Links for same Keyword(s)?

  • “Linkify Text” works fine, but to my surprise there seems to be no way to get alternate links for the same key(s) – only vice versa: alternate keys for the same URL.

    Is there a simple way to get this done?

    Hi @uwi,

    You’d like to list the same term/word more than once, with a different URL each time? For example:

    
WordPress => https://www.remarpro.com
WordPress => https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WordPress

    How would you expect for “WordPress” to be linked by the plugin? Randomly choose a link from the available alternatives? The current implementation wouldn’t make that behavior an easy change, and I’m not sure it’s behavior anyone else would expect from the plugin or utilize.

    thanks for your reply. Yes, “….Randomly choose a link…” is what I actually expected. I think, it would be much more natural, informative and flexible if you got different links for the same key (example: Wikipedia, Google and internal search or category) within your website.

    I would love this too,
    because maybe you advertise 2 sites for the same keyword ,
    so it is very usefull
