Altering the "Series" tag

    I updated my Seriously Simple Podcast and it says version 1.9.9 so I hope that is correct. Here is my issue: Right now our podcasts point to the right place, but we want to alter the url but aren’t sure how to do it (we aren’t familiar with RSS feeds etc). Basically, here’s an example:

    By default, since we made “series” the url is like: https://www.wrestlingfanaticsonly.com/series/wfo or something to that extent. We want to be able to take out the “series” portion and just name each series right there. As in: https://www.wrestlingfanaticsonly.com/wfo and be done with it. Can this be done for each series or is this something that can’t be done? I read the RSS feed change but I’m not sure on how to use it, or what it does, and how to make sure we don’t lose what we already have, etc.

    You son’t be able to do that unfortunately as WordPress’ URL structures prevent that kind of thing from being possible and there’s no real way around it.

    Sorry about that, but it’s one of those things that is out of my hands.

    Can the ‘series’ tag be changed to something else? I have a conflict with the plugin Organize Series which is already using ‘series’ and SSP thinks these are all podcasts. Thanks!
