Altering text of “All Catagory” button

Please tell me where the text is that is displayed on that dropdown menu button so I can at least correct the typo. I have searched with the inspectors I have but can’t find it.
My client would like it to say “Store Directory”

Perhaps having the ability to change the text i settings would be advantageous for many.
