Altering Add to Basket to Enquire Now and displaying a form

Hi there,
Using this plugin, is it possible to alter the Add to Basket button to display ‘Enquire Now’ and when clicked, it displays a contact form (ideally passing through the product page they clicked from as the subject for the form).

The client doesn’t want an online shop but wants to use WC to display the products and take enquiries for them.
