Alt Text populated from image title when inserting media via add media

    The new version of wordpress causes the alt text to be populated from title if the alt text is blank when importing photos using add media button and uploading from disk.

    How can that be disabled?
    When I insert a wedding post with 100 images, each of them called “Bride & Groom 001, 002, 003 ….. 100” if this is all transformed to alt text then I need to manually go in and remove it because it doesn’t make sense.

    I would prefer in alt text is blank to remain blank, and let me type in alt text if I want to.

    How can I disable that ?
