Alt text not displaying

I am not seeing the alt attribute display when hovering over images. Image alt format is enabled and format set in RankMath Image options.

I saw this comment from a RankMath support ticket:

“images added by your WordPress theme or page builder to various sections like your sliders, thumbnails, icons, etc. will not be affected as they only apply to images added directly to your content.”

I am using Dynamic Posts from Elementor Pro which displays images from posts. Is this why I do not see the alt text when hovering over an image?

To clarify, on the example page, I have manually set the alt attribute on a few of the images, but it makes no difference. None show on hover. Or is it because the image is loaded and just doesn’t show?
