• Hi,
I am trying to make my website ADA Compliant which requires alt tags on all images. I can’t figure out how to add them in the Callout module settings. When I view the page I see alt itemprop=”image”. That is not a good alt text for the disabled or the search engines. How do I add alt text? I am using your free version that was included in my theme. Beaver Builder Plugin (Lite Version) Version 1.10.6.3. Does the pro version let me add alt tags to the callout images?
    My website is at https://valley-implement.com/case-ih-tractors/.
    Thanks so much!
    Ann

    Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble! This is something that will be fixed in a future version of the plugin: Should be version 1.10.7, I believe which is due out within the next month or so.

    Hi,
I have updated Beaver Builder and the alt text still shows alt itemprop=”image”. Have I missed an update or hasn’t it been fixed yet? I really need it because government website are required to follow ADA Guidelines. I have Version 1.10.7 installed.
    Thank you,
    Ann

    Hey @idahoan,

This should have been addressed since version 1.10.7. The latest version we have right now is 1.10.9.

Can you try clearing BB’s cache under Settings > Page Builder > Tools > Clear Cache and see if that takes care of it? ??

    Ben
