After uninstalling the plugin, the alt text is left in the html code. How can I remove them? I would like to be able to set them manually. Currently the alt text set in the media library is not valid. Cache, database cleanup has been done.

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting our support.

bout your message, there are two contradictory pieces of information.

That the Alt tags are still visible in your HTML code after uninstallation and that you also see them in the “Media Library” section.

And neither of these two pieces of information is possible with our plugin.

After uninstalling the plugin, given that the Alt tags are not added to the database, it is impossible for them to still be visible in the HTML code (where normally they are added).

Then the plugin does not deploy any Alt tag in the Media Library section. These are directly deployed in the HTML code of your site.

This means that what you see in the MEDIA Library section, and which should probably be visible in the HTML code, is not the fact of our plugin.

Could you please verify if you’re not currently using another Alt tag plugin that could create this issue?

    Let us know

    Regards

Thank you for your answer. I mean the alt text in the media library was different from what I saw on the code using browser inspect, and the latter was what plugin used. But I recognised it only in few cases (I dont know why, but now I understand it should not happen because of the plugin). So now I set again the alt text manually and now it works again in a normal way. It is solved. Sorry for my confusing question.
