Alt tag syncing not working

Glad that I found this post because I have just attempted the same thing a few minutes ago and am having this problem as well. MLA Fixit identifies the files/pages that need to be changed and even reports that the change has been made, however, the live version of the page is missing image alt text that should have been updated according to Fixit.

Thanks for your reports. It is possible that a defect in the Insert Fixit plugin is causing the replacements to fail. Can you post a link to one or more of the posts/pages that have image inserts which failed to update their ALT Text values? Thanks for your help and any additional details you can provide.

It has been seven weeks since my last post. I assume you have found a solution for updating the ALT Text values in your posts/pages.
