Alt-Attributes in -Tag

    Hello!

    First of all: Thanks for providing this easy to use solution for icon-menus!

    I’m using custom svg-icons and was wondering if it was possible to add alt-attributes to the tags. I added an image description via wordpress-media to the icons but it’s not showing in the code.

    Would it be possible to add this? ??

    Thanks for choosing our plugin, we’re glad you like it!

    Unfortunately it’s not possible to add alt-attributes to SVG icons, the plugin doesn’t support this option.

    We have retired this plugin and we no longer support it, so we will not add any other features in the future as we will not perform any other updates to the Menu Icons plugin.

    I’d like to rectify what I previously said about the Menu Icons plugin being retired, as it was a confusion on my end. I’m so sorry about that! The plugin is not retired and we still support it.

    As for adding the feature mentioned above in the future, we’re considering your suggestion.

    We just started to use it and it’s really useful.

    Support for Alt-Attributes would be great ??

    I’d be glad if you could update this thread if (or when ;)) Alt-Attribute-Support is added ??
